92% Of Customers Are Happy!

We’ve been surveying customers across our three main scheduled routes in November. Statistics, show that 92% of surveyed customers were very happy with their overall journey experience with JJ Kavanagh & Sons. This is up 1% since we last surveyed customers back in the Summer months.

Over 8,156 customers who completed the onboard survey during November, rated their overall experience, boarding, cleanliness, punctuality and likelihood of using JJ Kavanagh & Sons services again.

Some 92% of respondents rated their overall experience ‘Very Good / Good’, recording ratings for buses on time (52%) and likelihood of using JJ Kavanagh & Sons again in the future (94%).
