What happens if my flight is changed?
All our pre-booked tickets have the flexibility to change the time or date of travel up to 2 hours before the bus commences its journey.
- If you purchased your ticket via our website jjkavanagh.ie visit the change your ticket section to make your changes
- If you purchased your ticket via the mobile app, simply make your time / date changes from the app
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you are flying into Dublin airport and your flight departure is delayed: you must update your bus ticket time 2 hours prior. We suggest that while you are waiting to board your delayed flight you make changes to your bus departure time via jjkavanagh.ie or your mobile app.
How much luggage can I bring?
All scheduled services allow you to bring 2 x 20kg items of luggage to store in the bus luggae area. You can also bring a small piece of hand luggage onboard with you as long as it can fit under your seat or in the overhead space. For more information please see our luggage policy.
Do you have family tickets?
