We surveyed passengers across our three main scheduled services for one week in May. Statistics show that 88% of customers are satisfied with JJ Kavanagh & Sons scheduled services.

A thousand customers who completed the onboard survey for one week in May 2018 rated their overall experience, boarding, cleanliness, punctuality, and likelihood of using JJ Kavanagh & Sons services again.

 

Some 88% of respondents are satisfied with our overall experience, recording similar ratings for ‘cleanliness’ on buses on time (83%) and would definitely use JJ Kavanagh & Sons again in the future (84%).
