JJ Kavanagh & Sons Customer Satisfaction Survey 2021


The survey was undertaken over five days. The information was obtained from passengers who were logging into our onboard WiFi. Passengers were asked a range of questions to provide details on the services they travel on, how satisfied they are when travelling with JJ Kavanagh & Sons and how did they hear about the company. 


Some 93% of respondents are satisfied with our overall experience and would definitely use JJ Kavanagh & Sons again in the future (78%).

91% of customers are happy to purchase their tickets online before travelling. 






Q. Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with JJ Kavanagh & Sons Services?


A very promising 93% of customers are very satisfied/satisfied with JJ Kavanagh & Sons.
