The 735 starts from its terminus stop at Limerick TUS on Old Cratloe Road, just a stone’s throw away from Thomond Park. The bus then travels onwards toward the LimeTree Theatre at Mary Immaculate College.

The 735 then travels to Limerick’s Arthur’s Quay, a tourist hotspot situated within a 10-minute walk of various attractions, including King John’s Castle, the Hunt Museum, and Saint Mary’s Cathedral. It then stops just outside the campus Stables, University of Limerick before travelling onto Springfort Retail in Nenagh and then continuing its journey towards Dublin’s city centre and airport.
