Seven bus routes to SETU Carlow

JJ Kavanagh operates seven bus routes to and from the SETU Carlow campus! Our primary 736 Waterford-Carlow-Dublin route runs year-round, with the only break on Christmas Day. Additionally, our local 874 Hacketstown-Carlow route operates Monday to Friday throughout the year.

Additionally, we offer four dedicated college routes—ITC4, 736A, NUM12, IW02, and 825—that service the SETU Carlow campus Monday to Friday during college terms.

How to get there: Hop off at the SETU Carlow stop on Kilkenny Road—just a quick 3-minute walk away from the campus. Open in Google Maps.

Important bus stop information!

Please note that after 115:00, all bus services—except the 736 and 736A—will depart from the SETU Carlow Barrow Centre. Before then, all buses depart from the SETU Carlow bus stop on Kilkenny Road. Please refer to the map for exact locations.
