What happens if my flight is changed?
The time and date for all our pre-booked tickets can easily be changed up to two hours before the bus commences its journey.
- If you purchased your ticket via our website, jjkavanagh.ie, visit the change your ticket section to make your changes.
- If you purchased your ticket via the mobile app, simply make your time / date changes from the app.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you are flying into Dublin airport and your flight departure is delayed, you must update your bus ticket time two hours prior. We suggest that while you are waiting to board your delayed flight, you make changes to your bus departure time via jjkavanagh.ie or your mobile app.
How much luggage can I bring?
All scheduled services allow you to bring two 20kg items of luggage to store in the bus luggage area. You can also bring a small piece of hand luggage onboard with you as long as it can fit under your seat or in the overhead space. For more information, please see our luggage policy.
Do you have family tickets?
Take advantage of the great savings that JJ Kavanagh offers on family travel across Ireland. Our Family Ticket allows you to save on travel for you and your family every day. The ticket applies for two adults and two children (under 12 years of age) on any of the routes to Dublin Airport. Use the journey planner above and select Family Ticket in the passenger field.
