New Change Your Ticket Feature

Ryanair’s Pilot Strike Thursday 12th July 2018

Our new feature will allow JJ Kavanagh & Sons customers to change the time and date of their ONLINE e-ticket ticket up to 2 hours prior to their journey. There will a small fee of €3 to amend your web ticket.

Step 1

You simply need the reference number (which is located under the QR code on your e-ticket) and your email address (that you booked your ticket with).

Step 2

Choose your new travel date and select the ‘Search’ button.

Step 3

Choose your new travel time and select the ‘continue’ button.

Step 4

The last step is to confirm changes and pay the €3.
